Weekly Live Auctions: How It Works

Following the success of Question Time Live every Wednesday evening on YouTube and Facebook we’re excited to announce the launch of our new weekly Koi Auctions!

How It Works

1 - The auctions will be broadcast live every Tuesday at 6.30pm on our YouTube and Facebook pages. With our YouTube feed experiencing some lagging delays in our first auction we recommend that if you'd like to bid you take part on Facebook.

2 - All of the fish available for auction each week can be viewed on our Koi for sale website page and our Facebook page.

3 - Anyone from the UK mainland with a YouTube or Facebook account can participate and bid in the live auctions, however all payments and transactions will be handled by one of our participating dealers.

4 - Winning bids are subject to a 10% handling fee plus 20% VAT.

5 - The winning bidder will be announced at the end of each auction listing. The winning bidder will then need to contact us by email at chris@koi-wholesale.co.uk with the following details:

Your name
Your phone number
Preferred retailer (chosen from this list)
The reference number of the Koi that you've won

6 - Payment in full will need to be made to your chosen retailer by close of business the following day.

7 - In the case of non-payment the bid will be cancelled and no future bids will be accepted.

8 - Unless otherwise stated or agreed, your Koi will be shipped to your chosen dealer on the next available consignment (date may vary).

9 - Shipping options and fees will need to be discussed with your chosen dealer. No direct shipments will be made from Koi Wholesale.

10 - All transactions are made between you and your chosen dealer. Any queries relating to your order should be taken up with that dealer.
