The Secret Sanke Showdown - Part 2

We’re excited to announce that following the success of the Secret Sanke Showdown Part 1 (held earlier this year), the follow up collection event on Sunday 28 May will be open for upto 200 more Koi hobbyists to attend in addition to the 50 existing ticket holders that will be returning to collect their Takano Sanke.

The Secret Sanke Showdown Part 2

· Time: 10am – 4pm

· Date: Sunday 28 May 2023

· Venue: Newark Showground, NG24 2NY

Taking place on Sunday 28 May 2023, the Secret Sanke Showdown Part 2 is a Koi event like you’ve never experienced before. It brings together well-known names and faces from across the hobby, including Koi YouTube sensation The Koi Partner with over half a million followers, Allan Tait (Chair of the BKKS UK Judging Standards Committee), Ricky Stoddart, and other well-known Koi YouTubers including Krafty Koi and Lee Hadfield, the Koi Soldier.

The programme of interactive activities will include:

· Judges seminar, with Allan Tait and Ricky Stoddart – assessing the best of the Sanke from the Part 1 event

· LIVE Koi Auction – your chance to snap up a fantastic Koi for your pond!

· Koi Wholesale Question Time LIVE – ask your koi-related questions to Ricky Stoddart and the panel of aquatics experts

· Retailer special offers including Koi and dry goods from Exclusively Koi

· Complimentary drinks and snacks

· A great choice of food stalls

In addition the full programme of activity the event will see the 50 hobbyists return to see how their Takano sanke have developed, to collect their fish, and for a selection of prizes to be awarded.

Tickets are priced at £22.50 each and go on sale at 9am on Saturday 11 March on the Koi Talk website.

Please note that if you purchased a ticket for the Part 1 event (held on 5 February 2023) it is also valid along with your + 1 for this Part 2 event – you do not need to purchase another ticket.
