Dates for Your Diary - March 2020

March is always an important month in an aquatic retailers calendar as preparations for the start of the new season are in full swing. We understand how crucial this time of year is and how significant the up and coming Easter bank holiday is to the industry.

This month is also key in our own calendar and we have been working hard preparing for it since December 2019. We have some important dates to make you aware of that you won’t want to miss.

Tuesday 17th – The Diary is Open
It’s the moment many of you have been waiting for – we are now taking bookings to come and hand select from our new shipments! We are accepting appointments from Friday 27th and in order to increase the availability we will be opening on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th.

All appointments are offered on a first come first served basis and you will be required to take the koi that you select on the same day as you visit. We will be unable to hold anything at this time.

Thursday 19th – New Stocks Available to Pre-Order
For those of you who do not wish to visit us but wish to order from our new stocks they will all be listed online and available to pre-order at 9:00am. Deliveries will not commence until the fish have cleared quarantine.

Demand is incredibly high during this period and we recommended that everybody including those who are booked to visit our facility pre-order any mixes that you are interested in.

Friday 27th – Shipments Officially Released from Quarantine
The big day when all of the koi finally finish quarantine and are ready for despatch. We look forward to welcoming all of you who have appointments booked to come and hand select. For anybody who has pre-ordered online your koi will be delivered on your scheduled day.
